Troubleshooting 1ClickPopup

Different troubleshooting steps may be necessary when popups do not display as expected. The following are common problems that can occur while using 1ClickPopup.

Popup not displaying in your online store

Check that the popup is published.
Review the Display rules section on the Popup details page. Ensure that the settings are not too restrictive there.
Check the Targeting sub-section. Ensure that the popup is set to display on the Page URL being viewed and that proper Cart value, Country, and Store language are setup.
Test the popup in incognito/private browsing mode in a new window, as it may be that you have already closed the popup.

Popup looks different than in the editor

1ClickPopup popups should appear in your online store as they have been designed in 1ClickPopup. If the appearance of the popup is not as expected, it may be due to your store's CSS overriding the styling of the popup. To fix this, you can use browser developer tools to inspect the store's code and identify the problematic CSS. Contact us if you are still encountering issues.

Popup is not adding collected emails to Shopify

Usually, 1ClickPopup syncs collected emails/data with Shopify as soon as they are captured. Sometimes this process can take up to 15 minutes (depending on Shopify and our servers loads).
