Troubleshooting 1ClickPopup

Different troubleshooting steps may be necessary when popups or forms do not display as expected. Here are common issues that can occur while using 1ClickPopup.

Popup or form not displaying in your online store



Ensure 1ClickPopup app embed is enabled on your Shopify theme.
Confirm that the campaign is active.
Review the triggers in the Campaign editor > Triggers and targeting" to verify that the settings are not too restrictive.
Check the Triggers and targeting section to ensure the campaign is set to display on the intended Devices and that correct Pages, Cart value, Countries, and Languages settings are setup.
Test the campaign in a new incognito/private browser window to ensure that your previous interactions (like closing the campaign) are not affecting its display.

Popup or form look different than in the editor



1ClickPopup popups or forms should appear in your online store as they have been designed in 1ClickPopup. If the appearance of the campaign is not as expected, it may be due to your store's CSS overriding the styling of the campaign. To fix this, you can use browser developer tools to inspect the store's code and identify the problematic CSS. Contact us if you are still encountering issues.

Campaign not synching collected emails to Shopify



1ClickPopup typically synchronizes collected emails/data with Shopify as soon as they are captured. However, sometimes this process can take up to 15 minutes (depending on Shopify and our server loads).
